I’ll grant you the trendsetting! What is far more important is the interaction of the residents. Here everyone says hello, helps you when you need it, opens a door for you whether you are male or female, the dogs love it, welcomes new business and the civility is top block. Very rare to see in big urban centers. I should know, I arrived in 1995 in the first loft building east of State and south of Roosevelt and have enjoyed the end result and will continue to enjoy!
